. . . To my Dillard family, my friends, my own family, and anyone else who supported me in my quest to become Miss Dillard University 2006-2007. Whether it was a kind thought, gesture, or a vote, you blessed me with an honor experienced by few. Thank you for giving me a chance to serve you in the capacity of Miss Dillard University. It is truly an honor to commit my service to the community that has already done so much for me. This has been an amazing 3 years for me, and I hope to make it an amazing 4th for the rest of you, my Dillard family. I hope to be an inspiration to you and a roe model. I promise to represent out institution to my best ability, and carry the torch as a dedicated servant to our community. I love you all and can’t wait to see what next year has in store for us! I look forward to serving you with a strong and dedicated royal court and a hard-working-working Student Government Association.
